Ridgewood Barracudas

John Facciola is entering his ninth season as head coach of the Ridgewood Barracudas. His coaching philosophy centers on personal improvement, love of the sport and good sportsmanship. As coach, his swimmers have shown consistent improvement and have competed at a high level. In his professional life, he is completing his 25th year in public education. For the past eight years, he has been an ESOL teacher at Freedom High School. All three of his children have competed as Barracudas.

Cameron Tefft is excited to return to the Ridgewood Barracudas for his third season as assistant coach. He prides himself on not only teaching valuable skills for swimming, but also life outside of the pool. Cameron has previously served on the coaching staffs of the Victory Lakes Piranhas and Westridge Waves. He currently teaches at John Paul the Great High School in Dumfries and is a professional musician.
