The volunteer sign up for our first meet will open Saturday, May 24 at 3:00PM. To learn more about signing up and the changes for the 2025 season, please view the video from our virtual meeting. Time stamps are below and you can watch at 1.5 speed.

⏱️Volunteer sign ups will open two weeks before each meet. Please note that there will be no emails that let you know when sign up is open this year. They will open automatically on each Saturday, two weeks ahead of the meet at 3:00PM. They will close on Thursday before the meet at 11:30PM. Any changes that need to be made after the sign up closes must be communicated through text, to Shala, the volunteer coordinator.

🍔We need a griller!!🌭

Are you interested in getting all of your volunteer hours for the season? The griller gets a parking spot in the lot for each home meet and there is no job commitment during away meets. Please reach out to Shala or Suzi if you are interested. The team needs hot dogs at 9:00AM.
