Happy Winter, Ridgewood Family.

We are happy to announce that we have opened registration for the annual Winter Clinic.  The Winter Clinic will be open to all swimmers who competed in at least one meet with us last season.  We will have a few lanes, so we will be able to run multiple groups, so all ages and abilities are welcome.  We will swim one hour a week, and we will focus on stroke improvement, some basic conditioning, and building on the great spirit we had last summer.

The details.

When: Starting on Sunday, January 18, and every Sunday after that through mid-May.  We will not swim on Sunday, April 5 (Easter Sunday).  We will swim 1-2pm.

Where: CPAC Pool 10371 Central Park in Manassas

Cost: $200.  

Registration:  Do through our Team Unify site (rwb.swimtopia.com).  The link is at the top right corner.  We are limited to 40 swimmers, so be sure to get your spot soon!
