Swimmer Check In - 5:15-5:50am

RWB Warm Up - 6-6:25

WR Warm Up - 6:25-6:50

Relay Org and Cheers: 6:50-7

Meet Starts at 7

Please note - during swimmer check in and WR warm-up, no RWB swimmers on deck.  We will need the time to set up and allow our friends to warm-up.

(3)  If your swimmer cannot swim for any reason between now and the meet, please email me at the address below so I can make any changes to relays.
