Hi Barracuda Families,

It is hard to believe that we are nearing the end of our summer swim season. Thank you to everyone who volunteers to make our meets run efficiently, we really couldn't do it without you! 

Divisionals Volunteer Info:

1. Volunteer sign-up for Divisionals will open July 11 @7AM

2. We run 3 volunteer shifts for the Divisionals meet because it is longer.

First Shift 7-9, Second Shift 9-11,Third Shift 11-1

3. If you have already donated drinks or ice for a meet, you have met the one time concessions donation limit. Please allow families who have not donated yet an opportunity to do so.

4. The parking lot will be set-up as it is for a normal meet, but since we will have 2 visiting teams, it will be more congested. Bring your patience and walking shoes. We will have a drop off lane for your "stuff" but are not responsible for unattended items if you choose to leave them to find parking.

6. If you DO NOT complete the ten volunteer shifts for the season, you will receive an email stating what you owe by mid-August. This amount MUST be paid before you register for next year. If you are exempt from the fee, you have already been notified by Shala.
