Morning.

Not only is it record setting heat, the pool temp is very, very high.   Smoke from Canadian fires has us in code orange and red over the next two days (at least).

Thursday, July 16 - No Oakwood practice

Friday, July 17 - Practices at regular time, BUT we will do a lot less yardage than normal.  Make sure swimmers have plenty of cold water.  Swimmers with asthma need to be extra careful.  The pool (deep end and shallow) will be closed unless swimmers are working with a specific coach.

The most important thing we can do to be ready to swim well is to be healthy.  If your swimmers is at all feeling sick, please keep him/her home.
