Reminder- Fundraising and Raffle
Good afternoon team! I can't believe it's the final week of the season! I hope everyone is looking forward to Divisionals this Saturday!
As a non-profit organization, fundraising is essential and we are so grateful for your generosity so far! This year we hope to offset the cost of multiple new tents needed for meets, a few new coolers for concessions, and new backstroke flags for next summer! I am reaching out to remind everyone about the TWO opportunities you have to contribute to the team and have a chance at winning a reserved parking lot space for this Saturday's meet!
FUNDRAISING: As of today we have raised just over $1,500! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Our goal is to raise over $3,000 and in order to keep those fundraising dollars rolling in we have an awesome incentive to share! Between now and 12:00 pm on Friday, July 24th, whichever family raises the most money for our fundraiser will get a RESERVED PARKING LOT SPACE FOR DIVISIONALS! With 3 teams attending this meet having a parking space is an opportunity you won't want to miss!
Here is the fundraising link so you can donate and share with family and friends. Please make sure all donations indicate the swimmer(s) name associated so we can make sure the right family gets credit towards the parking space. Every dollar counts!
RAFFLE: At practices this week we will be selling raffle tickets (please see Stephanie or Suzi on deck to purchase). As raffle prizes we will be giving away TWO RESERVED PARKING LOT SPACES FOR DIVISIONALS! Raffle tickets are one for $3, 2 for $5, or 5 for $10 and you can pay via cash or Venmo. Winners will be chosen on Friday, July 24th.
